Centre of Negotiations

Head: Professor Zbigniew Nęcki

The department conducts research into determinants of the negotiation process, social communication in enterprises, interactions in formal and informal groups. Lectures and classes focus on psychology of marketing, social communication and negotiations, psychology in manager’s work, social psychology, negotiations and interpersonal communication.

Employees of the department co-operate with numerous public and commercial institutions in the area of industrial dispute, mediate and negotiate in social conflicts, are involved in journalistic activity in TV, radio and the press in attempt to make public disputes more cultured

The department plans to launch post-graduate studies in social communication, negotiation and mediation.
