Scientific activity
Scientific interests focus in the areas of: human resource management in public organizations and enterprises, employer branding, organization of work in managerial positions, as well as searching for the relationship between human resource management and finance - human capital management in the practice of enterprises and contemporary management concepts.
The overall effect of scientific work is:
- publication achievements of 100 scientific papers, including:
- independent scientific monographs, co-authorship in scientific monographs, independent chapters in monographs and co-authorship of chapters in monographs
- articles in leading scientific journals from the list of highly scored journals of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education,
- participation in research projects, both domestic and international (including the European Union Framework Project, International Visegrad Program, ESF - Sectoral Operational Program for Human Resource Development,
- research projects as part of the Institute's own research and statutory activity, in most cases being the research topic manager.
- research reports on diagnosis and audits in selected public sector entities.
- joining and participating in scientific conferences, both domestic and international, in Poland and abroad.
Scientific cooperation with foreign centers:
- constant cooperation with Greenwich University London - Business School in the field of research projects, publications and new research initiatives
- guest lectures and research at foreign universities (visiting professor) min. at University College London, Friedrich-Alexander Universität, Erlangen - Nürnberg, Universite Robert Schuman, L'Ecole Superieuere de Comerce de Strsbourg, Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, Vysoká škola ekonomická v Praze, Universidad de Butiáka Bucurea, Universitatea dinreka Bucurea Univerzita v Bratislave
Didactic activity (employee-led classes)
Teaching activity is based on three pillars of work:
- conducting classes with students (lectures, exercises, tutorials and workshops):
- Human Resource Management - the basics
- Employer Branding
- Personnel Controlling
- Human Capital Management
- Management Concepts
- conducting seminars and supervising undergraduate and graduate studies in the field of management concepts, human resources management, management in public administration units.
- cooperation and support for the work of scholarship holders and interns as part of international programs for students (including the Lane Kirkland Program, Polish-American Freedom Foundation, Government Scholarship Programs, Visgard Program)
